WAITLISTS & REFUNDS
Entry Waitlist
A wait-list facility for swimmers who missed out on entry is available to swimmers in 2021. To be included on the waitlist, interested swimmers will be required to complete and pay for entry in full. As swimmers withdraw from the event, waitlisted swimmers will be allocated entries based on their position on the waitlist (highest to lowest by date order).
You can withdraw from the waitlist at any time before midnight on 31 January 2021 and be refunded in full (no admin fee retained).
Wait-listed swimmers will continue to be promoted into the event (following swimmer withdrawals) until midnight AWST on Sunday 7th February 2021 ("refund cut-off date").
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Promotions from the waitlist to the event may still occur after the refund cut-off date.
- If you are promoted into the event after the refund cut-off date you will not be eligible for a refund.
- It is up to swimmers to monitor their position on the waitlist and withdraw if they no longer wish to participate in the event.
- Wait-listed swimmers who were not successful in obtaining an entry and are still on the waitlist will receive a full refund.
Once you are moved into the event for which you are waitlisted, normal refund conditions will apply as set out below.
No private transfer arrangements will be allowed for the event in 2021. Swimmers who no longer wish or are unable to swim are to officially withdraw and receive their refund as per conditions of withdrawal. Their registration will be allocated to the next person on the waitlist.

Refunds for Confirmed Entrants
If you choose to cancel your swim entry, you can apply for a refund (conditions apply).
Full refunds, less a $10 administration fee ($5 for the Kid's Swim), are only available if applied for in writing or by email to rego@busseltonjettyswim.org.au and must be applied for prior to 31 January 2021.
Full refund, less $5 administration fee, applies for Kid's Swim withdrawals until 31 January 2021.
No refunds for swimmer initiated cancellations will be made after 31 January 2021.

Team Transfers
Transfers will be permitted for members of teams only, not for solo entrants or whole teams. Swimmer details may be changed online any time before entries close at 11.59 pm AWST on Sunday 31st January 2021.
Following this, a replacement swimmer may be approved at the check-in desk on event weekend.
Replacement team swimmers must register online or complete an entry form and sign the swimmer waiver at check-in.
